I'm Bored!

So I've been trying to find *something* to do in my game. But I'm in a bit of pickle because I'm completely bored with most of my sims at the minute. 

I just can't decide what to do. I want to play something, but everything at the minute just seems uninteresting. Can anyone recommend a short challenge or something?
