Quick Question

I was fixing the templates of a Tricou teen today, using simPE, and suddenly, I wasn't sure if I'd done right, despite having fixed faces before.

If I change the Facial Structure in SimPE, should the Tricou teen have his actual face-template in game, or still face 2?

I'm really not sure if I've done it right, that's all.
