Good Genes: I Never Get Tired Of It
Jan. 14th, 2014 04:22 pmI spent the day messing around with the good genes. I took all of the starting sims from the previous challenges - Sy Snootles, Ithorian, Xhulh, George Zombie and Maximoose Dinkleberg - plopped them down in the megahood and got to work breeding some pretty sims!
I now sort of wish I had done this *before* I started my prosperity - I could have had these uniquely pretty sims running around!
Anyway, here are the results.

I was really disappointed when all of Ophelia and George's kids had the weird lumpy neck, and that not one of them had any of Ophelia's pretty genetics. Which meant, overall, I was a little disappointed by Bethany. I mean, she's pretty, but there aren't any traces of Ophelia in there.

With Ithorian, I mostly used the crystal ball to pair the guys up with playables they had chemistry with - which is why I ended up using Erin Beaker. I don't usually go for sims I consider too face one, but Thomas liked her. So did Ithorian, funnily enough.
Anyway, Rose is a nice mix of her descendants, and I'll probably swap out the Ithorian-eyes for standard alien eyes when I extract her.
I also didn't release Peter's surname until it was too late, hence the unusual name.

I usually struggle to breed out Xhulh's genetics, but he was actually one of the easiest this time round! Lauren was SO much fun to have around - she's a seriously mean sim, and she had great fun with Gil all over the lot.
Milah's much nicer, despite being a lookalike of her mother.
Again, I'd trade out the empty-headed eyes for standard alien eyes when I extract them and what not.

Ellen is my absolute favourite out of all of these genetic experiments. I absolutely adore her, and her parents, too! Jordan and Lola had two bolts and were very nice together.
Ellen is adorable and gorgeous and I can't wait to play her some more.

When Emma's not smiling, those eyebrows can seem quite harsh, but mostly, she's really pretty. Very much a Caliente, though!
And this is the first time I've managed to use that hair. I need to stop downloading things with the idea that I will "use it at some point."
Hope you're all having a good week so far!
