Things are good!

beanstalk_simsIt's been an amazingly beautiful weekend where I am, so instead of playing sims this weekend, I've been outside enjoying the summer sunshine.
On Friday, I got two of my essays back, with Distinctions on them (top marks), so that's 24 credits at Distinction level. I only need another 6 and I've hit my offer for university this September. Exciting stuff! I'm going to do the best I possibly can on these last four essays, but all in all, things are going great!! :D
I had to opportunity to hang out with all of my siblings at once on Saturday - my brother & sister, and our step-brother & sister - we're all growing up, so it's usually pretty hard to get us all in the same place at once. It was really nice to see them all, and we all sort of turned back into kid, playing a massive game of tag. I even fell down, ripped my jeans and skinned my knees, it was just like old times!
And today, I was hanging out with Rob in the countryside, just generally enjoying the first warm weekend for awhile. Tomorrow I'll get back on the essays, but it's been a great little break.
Another thing - it's amazing how thoughts work, right? With all of this non-sims related happiness, I actually came up with the plot arc for my sixth gen heir in the Wrongways! I am actually feeling inspired to work on the Wrongways! This hasn't happened for awhile, I almost can't wait to get back to it! Essays will come first, but I will have an update eventually! :D
