beanstalk_sims | The Rad Legacy: Fourteen!

Hello again! Did you miss me?

I recently got a new job, which was initially part-time, but I worked well and now they've bumped me up to full time and beyond. So, um, updates are slower and so is my brain, so chapters might be shorter than before. For instance, this one is only 30 pictures instead of my usual 50+

Anyway, enough babble, let's get started
(here's the Rad tag, if you need to get caught up)

"Where am I? Where are my twins? Where's Dusty?"

"Also, where's my house? And my cowplant?"

Well, the funny thing about that is...

My laptop broke! And I had to get a new one! Luckily, I'd uploaded Kassidy to the gallery or whatever you call it. So we get a fresh start!

And because I didn't find out about the largest lot/buy the knight until after I started the legacy, it's time for a proper start!

Of course, that means out to the park to meet a husband.

Dusty didn't survive the laptop disaster, so Kassidy has to find someone to make the next generation with. It really is a blank slate we're working with here!

"I heard you're a prince and I ran all the way over here."

His name is Prince Dang. You can't blame me for sending Kassidy straight over there! He might not be a real prince, though - there's something about him that screams the opposite of royalty!

And of course, I spent the next sim hour hiding in the flowers while Prince and Kassidy got to know each other.

I'd forgotten how pretty this game was, basically.

Prince and Kassidy got on really well, which meant fun activities like looking at clouds...

...and learning to play chess.

Kassidy took the first job I saw (astronaut!) and so she needs to play chess for work performance. Friendship and career building, Kass is having a productive day at the park!

Oh, and that's when I noticed that the bush in the park was llama shaped! I'd never noticed before!

It's the little things that amuse me the most, I think.

"Do you want some cereal?"

...

"Not a very talkative chap, are you?"

"Mrrrrmpfffl! More for me!"

Glutton sims, right? She looks like a pet that's been caught eating something they shouldn't have been!

"You look a lot less poor without your gardening clothes on!"

I think Prince looks quite neat - I reckon he'll make cute kids :)

She invited him in, which apparently meant going into the bathroom and hanging out with the toilet.

I can think of better ways to spend an afternoon, but that's just me.

"So what do you think of my shower?"

"You're aware how crazy you look right now, yeah?"

Kassidy and Prince then went outside to watch the sunset, and get to know each other.

"I think a suit of armour really classes up the place!"

"Well, of course! Who needs walls or a proper kitchen when you have this guy to hang out with!"

It wasn't long before the sunset ended and night began, and things began to get a little romantic.

I do miss Kassidy and Dusty together, but I'm okay with this.

Another day, and Prince moves in.

And Kassidy finally got some walls, for a kitchen!

Prince turned out to have the gloomy trait, which I've not actually played yet. It leads to random moments of sadness, like this one.

"Man, eating crisps in a barely-there kitchen is so depressing."

Luckily, the sadness wore off pretty quickly.

"Who cares about the kitchen, I'm awesome!"

The awesomeness continued until the next day, when I got to watch Prince scrap his breakfast out of the pan.

An animation I've yet to get bored of :)

Kassidy got a promotion at work, and so the couple got a bedroom, which is pretty and green!

I like to think I'm getting better an interiors on the sims 4. Not great, but not terrible either.

"What a gorgeous view. I hate it."

Something tells me Kassidy's missing the old days.

Don't worry, though, Prince was able to cheer her up (wink wink, nudge nudge)

And who knows, maybe the next generation is on the way. Again!

"Woohoo is almost as awesome as I am!"

I really like Prince Dang, have you noticed?

Generation Five is on the way again!

Prince was a little less thrilled about the news than I was...

"BUT I HATE CHILDREN! WAH!"

Luckily for us, the "Hates Children" trait doesn't apply to their own kids, right? Once they arrive, that is. Prince was very tense after hearing the news.
