Prosperity: Winter Rotation

Here's another round of my prosperity - this time, with added drama! Seriously. I wanted to keep the plot stuff far, far away, and the game continues to try its best to throw plot bunnies my way.

It's still not plotty. But the Lagoon rotation is a lot more like a soap opera this season.
