Building Challenge: Results

Hey! A while ago I asked for comments on things to put into a building as part of a building challenge - I got four prompts, and it took me ages to build a house. I'm sorry! But I come bearing pictures! 

Front view:


It's pink, as requested by olivethegreat , and it's definitely built for desert living - the front path is lined with cacti, there's solar panels on the roof, and wind turbines. For some reason, I wanted to use the Mansion & Garden environment decor or whatever.

Perfect for the extra-long summer that this desert gets - large garden, pool, hot tubs, and many balconies.

Floor Plans - Ground Floor:


You can see the yellow kitchen that crystal5533 requested on the bottom right, along with the main living area - which is looking a bit empty, I'm planning to put a piano there, one of the bathrooms, and a bedroom - that bedroom isn't the master bedroom.

First Floor:


On the left hand side, there's the master bedroom, which is decorated in blue and grey like doda_lani asked. The musical instruments are stored in the living area on the left, and the smallest bathroom in the house is at the back. The stairs going up lead to the roof.

Basement:


It's an area for socialising, mostly, with a pool table and a games console. There's also a bedroom, which I decorated with a teenager in mind - a teenager who was trying to break away from their parents, who were basically chilled, and all about saving the environment. Hence why it's painted quite darkly.

Also, there's the bathroom in the basement, which mysterymusic7 requested.

Sorry the preview pics are pretty bad, I haven't really done anything like this before. This was a fun little challenge, which I would totally recommend doing if you're into building, etc.

Also, the sim featured in the first picture is a remake of my first OWBC founder, Emerald Loon! I've managed to recreate her, but I'm not sure what I'll do with her now. :)

Thanks for the prompts and stuff, I hope the house isn't too disappointing. :)
