Part Two: All You Need Is Love

Hey everyone!

Rotations at Sim State don't take too long, so I'm back with another update from my new favourite sims. It was quite a fun and interesting rotation if you ask me, so hopefully you'll enjoy it.

I opened my game to find Jane Stacks kissing Martin Ruben.

My brilliant plan of distracting her with Castor Nova in the previous rotation wasn't so brilliant.



Naturally, Allegra has no idea. So Martin currently has two girls on the go.

Which is ironic, really, seeing as it's supposed to be his brother who is constantly distracted by women.



 Likewise, Castor Nova has no idea Jane is kissing another guy when he's not around.

I really need to get out of the habit of typing Castor's full name every time I reference him. Even though it feels bizarre to just type 'Castor'.

Anyway, my plan is to do nothing and let the sims get on with it. It's work itself out somehow, and I'm interested to see how.



This shot is perfect! If I was writing plot on the events happening at Sim State, I'd definitely use this picture. I mean, look, Castor has no idea what's going on, and Martin looks guilty! It's great!







Well. We all expected it to blow up at some point, right? I have *no* idea why it was now instead of earlier or later.

Also, is it just me or did Martin's relationship with Jane seem a lot sweeter and calmer than his relationship with Allegra?



Sigh. Be careful what you wish for, simmers. Just a rotation ago I was commenting on how NICE these guys were to each other.

I do have a plan, though.



Chess!

They'll build up a relationship slowly without trying to kill each other in the process. Also, free skill points as they do so! Everybody wins!



Of course, it is a *slow* process. Plus I'm having to rebuild Jane's relationship with Allegra, too, because obviously Allegra was the other woman and therefore, should be hated. Ah, sims.

Anyway, I hope to have the whole lot sorted by the time Jane graduates in two semesters and a half.





Besides, Jane still has Castor. That has to count for something, right?



The rotation ends with Allegra & Martin becoming sophomores, while Jane becomes a senior, all with As and Dean's Lists and whatever. Drama is no excuse not to study!

Next up are the Tri-Var girls.



Where we discover that Heather is tub pirate! The more you know!

I was surprised, if I'm honest. I hadn't looked at her personality, though, so it's my own fault.



Also, Brittany decided to show some interest in the world around her this rotation. You know, by hear-farting Tiffany's boyfriend.

"My housemate's boyfriend is so hot!"



Funnily enough, Erik is one of the few sims in the 'hood that only has eyes for one sim. And that's adorable.

It does mean Brittany will have to find someone else, though.



Ty Bubbler and Jared Starchild decided to take their bromance to the next level.

Ladies and gentlemen, I called it! I *said* they were gay!

Well. Jared's bisexual, but you know what I mean. I do wonder what kind of issues this will cause back on their lot. You know, with Jared's girlfriend...



The lack of double beds means there is a woohoo queue. Unluckily for Heather and Ashley, the previous couple still haven't left the room. Not that they care too much.

Also, Ashley and Heather are definitely not going out. Nope. They're just friends. Really good friends.



Elsewhere, Brittany decides to try her luck with a different taken man.

Unsuccessfully. Apparently, two women is plenty for Jimmy Phoenix.



Naturally, everyone on this campus is attracted to each other somehow. Either way, it gave Heather the chance to fulfill some of those wants she's been rolling for Jimmy.

Not the purple-hearted ones. Not yet.



Meanwhile, Brittany prepares for her future after graduation. Pizza alone.

Well, that is a bit mean. It just seems that Brittany throws negative bolts for anyone even close to single. And those guys she does like? They're not interested.



And this has lead to a rather worried Brittany. But hey, at least she's doing something this semester!



The rotation ended with a cow and cheerleader fighting. Brittany's a junior, Tiffany and Heather are sophomores. Dean's List, A+, you know the drill.

And then it was time to visit the Frat Brothers.

This is Brenda. Kevin met her as she wandered by his house. Then it turned out they have three natural bolts.

How can I refuse that?!



Joshua, however, is not so lucky in love. Unlike his brother, who can pull two women, Joshua can't find one.



That said, Cherry Lee the cheerleader did take a shine to Joshua. Slow progress is still progress!





Three bolts! Adorableness! Gah, I'm so excited!

I don't remember the last time I had a three bolt couple.



Oh, and Erik still refuses to go home.

Blowing bubbles all day, every day.



Okay, so their relationship sped up a little bit after I left them alone. I like them, too!



Kevin may be a family sim, but he is not above woohooing the girl he met this morning.



"I feel like I'm missing out on something."

You know, all this love means Ashley is the only 'single' one in the house.



Well, he'd tell you he was single, anyway.

He can join in with the woohooing by inviting Heather over. Hurray for friends with benefits!

That said, Ashley and Heather is probably the most exclusive relationship in the 'hood right now, don't you think? :P



"You wore that to your final exam?!"

"I've got it, so I flaunt it."

Yeah, all the boys passed. I know Kevin, Joshua and Castor are all sophomores, and I'm pretty sure Ashley is a junior. As all round! Dean's List! Hurray!!



Over at the Freshman household, nothing seems to have changed since Ty and Jared's bromance at the sorority.

I mean, Ty was still flirting with Nery all over the place.



While Jared only had eyes for his missus, Sierra. Side note: I still love this couple.

Anyway, it appears that Ty and Jared are just best friends and flirting with each other is perfectly okay when out and about.



"If I can't see you, you can't see me!"

I swear this cow mascot NEVER leaves. It just tiptoes round the place, setting off the sprinklers.



See? Nothing! No drama here! Which is a relief, actually. I love Ty and Jared's friendship, I don't want it ruined with broken hearts and cheat memories.



"How could you flirt with a COW, Ty?!"

That said, it seemed that Ty and Nery weren't going to work out regardless. Stupid cow mascot.

Also, is it me, or does it look like Ty is about to get punched?



Elsewhere, Sam is still oblivious to the fact that Jimmy has been making out with a sorority girl. Which is find, I was planning to just let it ride and see what happens.



However, I think that if Ty was straight, Sam would be with him. She never rolls wants for Jimmy, just Ty. And occasionally, Jared. They're her best friends. I love it!



Some people will say that getting engaged as a freshman is too young. Jared wouldn't listen to them anyway.

He rolled the want to propose, and I couldn't say no. I think it's going to be my rule - they can get engaged if they roll the want for it.



This makes Jared and Sierra the most 'official' couple at Sim State. I am perfectly content with this.



And finally, all of my freshmen are sophomores. I plan to move all of these guys out of the door and into a house together in the next rotation. You know, if I can find a house big enough for them all!
