Part Four: Out of Character

Hello again!

It's time for more university madness! This update took me a bit of time to pull together because I got distracted by the Sims 3. Also life has been pretty busy. Why am I making excuses, this is still updated more frequently than my legacy!

Anyway, this update marks the halfway point of the university updates. Huzzah!

Let's jump right in!

Right, ignoring the fact Allegra's face in the panel is entirely messed up, look at her want panel.

She's dating Martin Ruben, not Castor Nova. Damn these bed-hopping students! It looks like Allegra would rather marry Castor.



Um, I should probably mention why the scary-looking graphics don't scare me. Because it happens occasionally, and it sometimes shows up in shots. Like the one of Allegra.

Basically, my laptop can't reeeeally handle TS2. And yet TS3 runs smoothly. Screw logic.



Oh man. Jane, I thought you'd given up on this Martin thing.

Basically, the Bright Household is all about sharing the love. Even in Jane's last semester of college.



And we all know it won't end well, because it never does.

Freewill is both a blessing and a curse, right?



Allegra wasn't bothered at first. But she shouldn't be that bothered, anyway. She's all over Castor Nova, and Martin has no idea.

You know, I think Martin is the only one here without memories of being cheated on.



You know, I'm starting to think Jane and Martin make a better couple. I mean, look how sweet they are together!



Well, of course nothing lasts! Kisses and cuddles, that's okay, that's how a man is shared.

Woohoo? Out of the question!



So we're back to this old tactic. Oh man, I think am going to remove ACR when these guys all graduate. I'm so done with the bed-hopping.





I also really don't like Castor that much. I have no idea why, but since he got involved with every female on campus - okay, that might a *bit* of an exaggeration - he's really become less interesting and loveable to me.

I am a weird simmer.





And you know what? Martin is so not bothered by the events that he's actually bordering on creepy.

Part of me WANTS Allegra to get caught so this will end.



Plus, of course, then he could fall for Jane properly. She doesn't seem to be able to learn her lesson - don't get involved with taken men.

Ah well.



This rather awkward semester comes to an end with Jane's graduation!

So naturally there's a party held...



Yay! My first graduation from Sim State! I am so excited about this!



Naturally, EVERYONE is invited to the party, regardless of whether or not they like each other.



Tiffany's quick to get up to her old tricks, but Kevin's having none of it.



Joshua is, though.

I kind of thought he was going to stick with Cherry Lee but apparently not.



Anyway, Jane graduated. Not with a 4.0, but that's fine. And she took her final picture with Jimmy - I have no idea why. It turns out they were friends or something.

The more you know!



Over at the next house in the rotation, it's party time. Again.

Uni is one big party, apparently, didn't you know?



And so begins the jumping-into-bed portion of the party.

Which is fine with me - Brittany and Erik are great together!



It also shouldn't surprise anyone that Heather dragged Ashley to the bedroom once it was free.

They're the most exclusive friends-with-benefits you'll ever meet. I don't think Ashley has so much as flirted with anyone else.



Wait. This isn't normal. Jared, why?!

I expected Tiffany to jump into bed with Castor, like always.



I'm not happy and neither is Joshua.

I have no idea how to react to this. Jared is engaged! Now what?



And Castor's not bothered by it at all. What is wrong with these sims?!



In the meantime, meet this girl. She's going to be the placeholder eventually, for when the girls graduate.

And no, I don't remember her name. I really should learn it.



Another day, another woohoo.

Okay, this pairing is unsurprising.



What's more surprising is that Jared is still around to kick off. And that Tiffany's top vanished while he yelled at her.

And just like that, Jared's love affair ended, and so did the rotation.



Next up is the Frat boys. Where not a lot is happening.



Meanwhile, Castor can't make up his mind about his girlfriends. I didn't realise he was only into two girls, I thought it was more.

I don't know how to solve this. Maybe it'll sort itself out.



"I like the fact your toga is your pyjamas!"

Ashley keeps rolling wants for toga parties, so naturally I fulfill them. Purely because that was something I didn't do a lot of when I last played uni properly.



Oh, and Cherry Lee got an invite to the party. Joshua paid her some attention, but I don't think he's *that* into her. He rolled the fear of his proposal being rejected by her, but not the want to propose.

So I left them to it.



And now for some couples who are together and not messing around with Tiffany or Castor!

I still adore these two together. : )

Heather and Ashley might actually be on of my favourites :D



Also, I've decided I really like Joshua Ruben. He turned out entirely opposite to what Maxis set him up to be - distracted by girls and bubbles. Far from it! He rolled his major, he's not really been promiscuous.

He's been great fun to play!



Although apparently Joshua took a disliking to Jared. I blame the saga with Tiffany.



I used the old friends trick to put them on speaking terms again. Or at least, not slapping each other or kicking each others bins



The semester ended with everyone passing. Ashley's a senior now! He should graduate in part six, as will Brittany.

Also it looks like Castor put on some weight. I blame all the pizza.



Time for the last house of the rotation.

I love these guys, they're probably my favourite household.



Even though Jimmy is still messing around with Heather on the side, and that kind of makes me wonder how this situation will end.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see!



Also Jared has taken a disliking to Ty's boyfriend. And I have no idea how it happened. But it's kind of inconvenient.



Especially when Jared and Nery burst into a fight. Everyone stops what they're doing to pay attention, and it gets in the way sometimes.



Also, Jared likes to tell dirty jokes. A LOT.

I have no idea why, maybe some sims are just like that.





Look who rolled the want to get engaged! They look so happy together, I love it!

Now I just need to work out who is taking whose surname!



Love is in the air all around clearly - even when Sam has gone to class. Jimmy finds a way to pass the hours his girlfriend is gone.

Also, that dormie in the background was see-through last update. Well, she fixed herself. Thanks to everyone who offered help, though :)



Meanwhile, one of my other favourite couples are spending some time together <3

No question about who is taking whose surname here! I like Jared's name.



And now there's the time to find Jared a hobby that isn't beating up Nery.

Video games got boring quickly.



And so I got him to paint. Because Jared's an art student and he can barely paint. Which makes no sense to me.



Anyway, the plan worked, and now Nery has more time to spend with Ty. Without the violent interruptions.



And the semester ended, throwing all the students into their junior year. Who knows, maybe this time I'll put the Freshman household in a proper house rather than a dorm!

Anyway, that brings us to halfway through the university years! Soon these guys will graduate and start their lives!
