The Promised Picspam

beanstalk_simsFinally, I have some picspam of my Sims 3 game to show off. I mean, I have quite a few screenshots. But it didn't seem like a lot, you know? Anyway, I thought I'd share what I'd been up to, because playing this game gives me surprises every time! I haven't really played it properly until now, and it's nice to have a game full of secrets :)
I've been ill recently, too, so it's been something I can just do whilst not really paying too much attention - TS3 sims seem very good at taking care of themselves!
First of all, meet Evelyn Summers. She's the sim I've been exploring the game with - she's a witch, and I only remember four of her traits - Handy, Night Owl, Computer Whiz & Kleptomaniac. She's a bundle of fun.
My two best friends, who were there when I created her, automatically told me she was a lesbian. *shrugs* I've been playing Eve as straight because I want to play kids eventually. Anyway, here are her adventures in Sunset Valley, or whatever the hell it's called...
Okay, I had no idea there were aliens in TS3, and they seem to show up A LOT. I've no idea what they do because most of the time Evelyn is asleep and they just stand around outside the lot.
Apart from one. She went round the house next door and disappeared.
Aliens are weird, but I do like the way they look.
Something that bugs me is the fact that everyone has the same frickin' umbrella. Apart from one girl I saw, maybe. Even the goddamn zombies have umbrellas - the LIVING DEAD are prepared for stormy weather guys!
Also it seems to rain a lot. Just like England, right? ;)
Cornelia Goth would like you to know she's still got it.
She's friends with Evelyn, and I realised the other day (once I'd noticed she'd grown into an elder) that she was walking with a stick. Which I think is pretty cool, actually! Pretty sure that came with Generations, but whatever.
A game full of surprises!
A couple of pointless night shots...just because they're pretty. Bridgeport at night is amazingly pretty, I take way too many pictures of it. But in Sunset Valley, I only have a couple of pretty landscape shots. : )
Four shots of Summer. I am loving the face paint tent! I sent Evelyn down to the Summer Fayre almost everyday, and she came back with face paint most days. And she never once won a hot dog eating contest.
Some more random shots of Evelyn's antics. I adore stunt riding on the broom - and it's much more fun than having a car so far!
Anyway, during the summer/fall, Evelyn met someone she's currently engaged to...
This is Grady Elfman. I think he started out as Evelyn's maid, I'm not sure. But they got talking at a few parties and now they're going to be husband and wife.
I kinda wanted to move Grady in before marrying them, because I wanted Evelyn to take Grady's last name, but I couldn't seem to work out how to do it - it took me long enough to work out how to get them to fall in love!
Speaking of cute couples, these guys showed up to my party one night, and I adore them. Might be the pretty fairy wings, or the classic dancing between an old couple, but there's a lot I like about these two.
Other randomness I've seen about the 'hood is this woman - protesting on her own in the rain. Something about policemen.
Whatever she's complaining about, she looks angry!
An old woman passed away in the park during the fall festival. I didn't know they could do that?
The werewolves in this game freak me out a little bit, not going to lie. Anyway, I found a werewolf dancing with someone named Cylone Sword or something in the park.
Pleasant day for a dance, I guess.
Also there seems to be more and more fairies all the time. Is there some way that sims can become fairies?
And I'll leave you with the first shots I've taken of winter. It's only just started, so we'll see how this goes!
