wgroome posted a while ago about a building challenge he had come up with, and while I'm not the greatest builder and decorator in the world, I thought it would be fun to give it a shot. If I get enough prompts. Well, either way, it should be fun. :D  

Right, so, leave me a comment with a building characteristic. I will take the first 7 comments and building a house to all of these guidelines. This could be anything generic ("modern house") to very specific ("the bathroom should have a black and red colour scheme".)

Try to include only one characteristic per comment (for example, don't put "the lounge should be green, have 2 windows and have a large rug in the middle of the floor".) No double posting, please leave only one comment - make it a good one! (And obviously, if somebody has already put "modern" don't come along and put "country style"... please read the other comments first! Make it challenging, but not contradicting!)
